Meet the owners!

Marissa and Lea are both Board Certified Behavior Analyst. They have been in the field since 2009 first meeting at a private clinic in Jacksonville Fl. Both Lea and Marissa received their Masters in Special Education from the University of North Florida with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. Since then they have both made it their mission to make a meaningful impact in the community. Lea and Marissa are two passionate, board-certified behavior analysts and long-time advocates for children with autism and developmental differences. As co-founders of Au_Some Behaviors LLC, they combined their clinical expertise and shared vision to create a practice that prioritizes quality, compassion, and community.

With years of hands-on experience in home, school, and clinical settings, they understand the importance of individualized care and family involvement. Their goal was simple: to build a small, responsive ABA practice where every child is seen, every parent is heard, and every team member is valued.

As women-owned business owners, they are committed to creating an inclusive, empowering environment—not just for the families they serve, but for the professionals they mentor. Together, they lead with integrity, empathy, and a deep belief in the potential of every child.
